The subwoofer spider spacer ring converts a 7″ spider landing for use with an 8″ spider. The spacer mounts to the existing spider landing and creates the larger mounting surface needed for an 8″ spider or spider pack.

Using a larger 8″ spider provides more suspension area for high-excursion subwoofer designs, making the spacer a great option for custom builds and recones where additional excursion capability is needed.
