Our return policy is listed below; please read thoroughly, and contact us if you have any questions.
Orders Returned Within 14 Days:
We will accept any item that’s in its original, brand new and unopened packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment. We will provide a refund less a 15% restocking fee and deduct shipping fees. Same applies to items with free shipping. Order cancellations are also subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
We do not offer any warranty on drop-in recone kits and soft parts. The following fall under soft parts. Voice coils, spiders/dampers, tinsel lead wire, cones, dust caps, gaskets, binding post /terminals, frames, motors, surrounds and spacer adapters.
Adhesives are only covered if they arrive to the buyer in a dried-out condition, or if the container has leaked. In these cases, the adhesive must be returned, and will be replaced. There are No refunds on adhesives, or liquid related products.
Missing / Damaged Items: All missing and damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.
Outside of the scope mentioned above we will not accept any returns for any reason. All Sales are Final.
However if you receive your unit damaged or non-functioning upon arrival we will gladly replace the unit for you.
Lord of Bass reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange.
Before You Ship Product(s) Back:
All returns or exchanges must have an RMA number associated with the package or it will not be accepted This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). To obtain an RMA, please contact us @ email@example.com
Please display the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number.
NOTE: If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit back at the customer’s expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
