Use these cartridges for filling and dispensing 2-part adhesives, epoxies, silicones, urethanes, and other 2-part compounds. These cartridges store and apply adhesives needing a 1:1 mix ratio, ensuring precise metering and mixing. Each cartridge includes matching pistons and a resealable tip or cap, ready for filling, storing, and dispensing.

These 2-Part cartridges are industrial-grade and silicone-free, designed using the “A-System” or “Square-Back” fit. The design features an easy-to-reclose cap for convenience.

The 2-Part design keeps the adhesive parts separate until you attach a mixing nozzle. The parts are pushed into the mixing nozzle, starting the bonding or curing process. A key feature is the easy-to-install pin-style sealing pistons, which allow air to escape as you insert the pistons and seal off with the push of a blue pin.

Empty Cartridge: The cartridge holds two adhesive components, usually resin and hardener, in equal 25ml compartments. These compartments keep the components separate until dispensed and mixed.

Sealing Cap: The sealing cap prevents leakage and keeps the adhesive components securely contained until ready for use. It ensures the adhesive remains fresh and uncontaminated.

Pistons: Insert pistons into each compartment to push the adhesive components out when applying pressure. The pistons create a tight seal against the cartridge walls, preventing cross-contamination between the components.
