BEP870 50ml Black Epoxy Adhesive Cartridge 1:1 Ratio
BEP870 is a toughened, two-part black epoxy structural adhesive that provides high impact and fatigue resistance for demanding bonding challenges. It works well on various substrates, such as metals, ceramics, wood, cloths, many composites, and plastics. It can be used for joining, gluing, potting, panel bonding, and structural bonding in loudspeaker building.
The mix ratio is 1:1 and provides 8-10 minutes of work-life, allowing time to adjust for the desired fit before curing.
This adhesive reaches handling strength in approximately two hours and fully cures in 24 hours at 77°F (25°C). It maintains bond strength and can withstand paint bake operations up to 400°F for 60 minutes. When using BEP870 50ml epoxy adhesive or other Duo-Pak (DP) size adhesives, rely on applicators for convenient and accurate metering, mixing, and dispensing.
