The FLXEP860 is a high-strength, semi-flexible two-part epoxy adhesive designed for demanding applications where flexibility, peel resistance, and vibration durability are critical. Unlike rigid epoxies, it resists shock, flexing, and thermal cycling. As a result, it performs reliably in assemblies that see heavy use and movement. In fact, it outperforms standard epoxies in almost every high-stress application.

Packaged in a convenient 50ml Duo-Pak cartridge, it delivers clean dispensing, accurate metering, and consistent mixing. However, it does require the PXDG50.1112 dispensing gun and PMA5.4-17S static mixing nozzles for use. Furthermore, it is also available in a two-part bottle kit for manual mixing. Therefore, it is a great option for small-batch use or when a dispensing gun is not available.

In addition, FLXEP860 bonds securely to plastics, composites, aluminum, wood, and cloth. Consequently, it works across a wide range of applications. These include loudspeaker assembly, plastic component repair, panel bonding, and industrial reinforcement. How to Use

1. First, load the cartridge into the PXDG50.1112 dispensing gun
2. Next, attach a PMA5.4-17S static mixing nozzle
3. Then, apply adhesive onto properly prepared surfaces
4. After that, allow approximately 1 hour for handling strength
5. Finally, allow 7 days at room temperature for full cure — however, heat curing is recommended when faster results are needed

Storage and Shelf Life

The FLXEP860 has a shelf life of 6 months when stored at 60–80°F (16–27°C). Lower storage temperatures may temporarily increase viscosity. Higher temperatures, however, can cause permanent changes. In addition, always keep the cartridge sealed when not in use to prevent premature curing. Therefore, proper storage is essential to getting the most out of your adhesive.
