Curing Time

Black rubber toughened CA glues have an extended bonding time due to the added rubber compound. In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours to fully cure when you apply larger volumes of adhesive. Therefore, we highly recommend using an accelerator for time-sensitive applications.

• EC4000 Thick Black Rubber Toughened CA Glue with yorker spout cap
• AC1101 CA Glue Accelerator with spray pump

The AC1101 accelerator speeds up the curing time of the EC4000 CA glue. Simply spray it on one surface before applying the glue. As a result, bonding happens almost instantly instead of waiting for the glue to cure on its own.

Storage and Handling

For optimum shelf life, store at 40°F or below both before and after use. In addition, when well kept in a cold environment, this product enjoys an extended shelf life.
