What Else Do You Need?

Along with the voice coil, you will typically need the correct spider, surround and cone collar to complete the repair. Since replacement cones and dust caps for the 13W6v2 are not available from any supplier, you will need to reuse your existing cone and dust cap.

Recommended Adhesives

Using the right adhesives is the difference between a repair that lasts and one that fails prematurely.

Installation Tips

Dry-fit parts first and confirm alignment before final bonding. Before final assembly, meter the voice coil to confirm the impedance is correct. Then use the proper adhesives for spider-to-voice-coil and cone bonding, and allow full cure time before applying power.
