Lord of Bass CA Glue Accelerator AC1101
Lord of Bass AC1101 CA Glue Accelerator is a one-part surface accelerator formulated for use with instant adhesives (CA Glue, Cyanoacrylate, Super Glue). Lengthy cure times can try your patience and delay production goals especially when using thicker glues with slower drying time. With AC1101 you significantly speed up the drying time for your time sensitive projects. Highly recommended to be paired with slower-drying, thicker viscosity adhesives and black rubber toughened CA glues. It’s ideal for material combinations that are harder to bond and for colder, drier environments that delay curing time.
When instant adhesives dry too fast, you’ll end up with whitening or “hazing” of the bonding surface. AC1101 is formulated to dry slightly slower than other accelerators on the market to prevent this effect.
When using higher volumes of CA glue during gap filling applications, bonding time will take much longer especially with thicker ca glues, so using AC1101 is highly recommended.
What are Instant Adhesives
Instant adhesives are cyanoacrylate based formulas that are strong, fast-acting glues used in industrial and household applications. In general, they are an acrylic resin that rapidly polymerize within seconds in the presence of moisture, and will bond well to a wide range of substrates forming long, strong chains, joining the bonded surfaces together.
Cyanoacrylate adhesives should be applied thinly, Spray accelerator one one surface, glue on the other surface, and press together on the bond for a few seconds, to ensure that the reaction proceeds rapidly and a strong bond is formed within a reasonable time.
