Is  your JL Audio 10W3V3-4 12W3V3-4 subwoofer no longer playing or not working properly? Contemplating on buying a new one? Well think twice before you drop another $349.99-$449.99. Why buy new a subwoofer when you can repair your old subwoofer for a fraction of the cost?   You must reuse the cone and the voice coil collar off your old subwoofer being that those parts are patented by JL Audio and no one has the rights to sell or copy them.

In order to properly fix or build a subwoofer you need to make sure your using the proper glues. For soldering the leads on aluminum voice coils you need to use Ultra Gold Flux Kit. When gluing the voice coil to spider and cone you need to make sure you use black rubber toughened CA glue. For gluing the surround lip to the frame we recommend using use our L3045 black rubber glue. Same goes as well for gluing dust caps and dressing leads.
